Jeffrey Sureck
Jeff is a founding partner of PPV and currently leads PPV’s acquisition, financing and disposition efforts, asset management and investor relations with his business partner, Joe Brock.
Before founding PPV, Jeff practiced law as a commercial real estate and finance attorney in Atlanta. Jeff majored in economics at the University of Georgia, received his law degree from Vanderbilt University and received a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Nate Rubin
Nate is a Certified Public Accountant who assists PPV as its primary bookkeeper and tax advisor. Nate is currently a Tax Manager at Tidwell Group in Atlanta, GA, where he focuses in multifamily residential and mixed-use commercial real estate, affordable housing, low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, 45L energy-efficient home tax credits, and 1031 exchanges. Nate utilizes his accounting background to help PPV and its investors streamline K-1 production and minimize their tax liability at every stage of their investments.
Nate obtained his undergraduate and Master's Degree from the University of Georgia.
